When compared to regular cream cheese, Green Mountain Farms cream cheese and Greek yogurt blend has two times more protein, ½ the fat; and contains live and active cultures.
When eating this cream cheese, you won’t really be able to tell the difference in taste from a regular cream cheese. In a blind test, it’s virtually impossible. The product is a creamy spread with a smooth consistency – ideal for bagels or pairing with fruit. I like filling strawberries with the Green Mountain Farms Greek Cream Cheese for a healthy treat.
